Membership

A membership lets one person bid on BidBazaar auctions for the plan period. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You must be 18 or older.

Bids are binding

Each bid is an offer to buy the product at that price. If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you must pay the winning amount within 24 hours.

Non-payment

If a winner does not pay in time, the win is cancelled, the product may be offered to the next-highest bidder, and the account is blocked from bidding.

Fair play

Using multiple accounts, automated bidding or bidding on your own behalf through others is not allowed. We may cancel bids and close accounts that break these rules.

Products

Products are brand new and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Market prices shown are the manufacturer's listed price at the time the auction was created.

Changes and cancellation

We may cancel an auction because of a technical fault or stock problem. If we cancel an auction you won, we refund any amount you paid for it in full.
