Membership fees

You can cancel a membership for a full refund within 24 hours of payment if you have not placed any bid. After you place a bid, membership fees are not refundable.

If we run fewer than 15 auctions during your membership period, your next membership period is free.

Won products

If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund the amount you paid.

If we cancel an auction after you have paid for it, we refund the full amount.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
